Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day of receiving payment (95% of the time).
Unfortunately pick up is not available.
Our warehouse will choose a courier company based on the product and your location.

If your delivery is late or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact the Courier using the tracking information we've provided. If you have contacted the Courier but was unsuccessful, please contact our customer service so that we can help investigate the issue for you.
In any case where the item is confirmed lost in transit we can arrange a new shipment at our cost if stock is available, or issue a full refund if you prefer.
If your order is returned back to us due to an address issue/unsuccessful delivery/or if re-delivery/collection was not arranged in time a re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund as the courier still charges us for the shipment.
Please allow 2-14 weekdays for delivery depending on your location. In some remote locations extra days will need to be allowed for delivery.
Please try to provide a physical address as we may not be able to ship to PO Box/Parcel Locker addresses, especially for larger/bulky products
We may not be able to fulfil your order if your address is in a remote/rural location, if your address is in an area we can't ship to, our customer service will contact you as soon as possible, in which case we may request payment to cover the shipping cost or cancel your order if the location access of the freight company is limited
